FaithNetEast is an information and learning hub for faith communities in the East of England region.
This site contains two databases! One is the searchable Faiths Base of organisations in the East of England. This database is created and maintained with a bespoke desktop application; updates are uploaded to the web site as necessary. The other is an online notice board, part of which is publicly available as the 'Information & Events' page. This database is managed entirely through the website.
This site was developed to meet a client's exact specification. The starting point was a Word document showing layout, content and colours.
The Faiths and Civil Society Unit is a centre for excellence in the development of policy, practice and research in the area of faiths and civil society.
